• Partner with the business teams to elicit business needs and develop the appropriate business case
• Assess current state, analyse stated requirements of stakeholders and accurately defines business need within specified scope
• Work with project teams to develop requirements such as user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology, including sourcing and evaluating alternatives, and recommending solution that best fits stakeholders needs.
• Manage conflicts, issues and changes to ensure stakeholders and project team remain in agreement on solution scope
• Plan and project manage the implementation and maintenance of various systems/initiatives
• Work with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and adoption and operation
• Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems (Operations & Maintenance phase)
• Plan and implement operation processes and procedures to manage the day to day operation of the system to meet the business operation objectives on systems availability

• Singaporean only
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as functional business analyst/project management
• Participated in full software or product development cycles (SDLC) in Agile methodology
• Experience in manage vendors for maintenance projects, gather user requirements etc
• Experience in one of the following: Agile, Design Thinking, Cloud, Data Analytics
