About the Project
Support integrated marketing efforts for a digital banking app, focusing on driving engagement and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and social channels, including Cards & Payments and regional initiatives to meet business objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop and implement content for Cards communication channels centered on key pillars such as Dining, Travel, Retail, and Online.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with media agencies to generate insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily execution of tactical campaigns across digital platforms, supporting simultaneous brand and tactical campaigns.
- Collaboration: Manage ongoing relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and vendors to ensure marketing communications align with brand strategy, regulatory compliance, and project timelines.
- Other Duties: Provide administrative support and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.
Skills / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Marketing (B2C) or Brand Management.
- Strong knowledge of digital and social marketing.
- Resourceful, creative thinker, proactive team player capable of working independently.
- Detail-oriented with strong project coordination skills; able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Good branding and design sensibility combined with business acumen; able to provide constructive feedback on creative work.
- Flair for creative writing is a plus
