Design, develop, and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
Provide support for the development and maintenance of Power Apps projects.
Conduct testing of developed Power Automate flows and Power Apps to ensure functionality, reliability, and adherence to requirements.
Assist in creating and updating user guides and documentation for ongoing tools, translating technical information into clear, concise language.
Help organize and maintain documentation within content management systems, particularly SharePoint.
Gather feedback from users and team members to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of automation solutions, applications, and supporting documentation.
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to quickly grasp and apply technical concepts, particularly related to automation and application development.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate and/or Power Apps.
Familiarity with documentation principles or content management systems like SharePoint is a plus.
A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced digital environment.
