Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full-cycle operation of CEX wealth products, including flexible savings, fixed-term staking, locked staking, dual investment, and liquidity mining. Build user asset growth and retention funnels, drive new user wealth conversion, inactive user re-engagement, and existing asset activation to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for AUM, trading volume, and deposit conversion rate.
- Design differentiated operation strategies, incentive mechanisms, and tiered benefit systems based on user psychology, deposit barriers, risk appetite, and asset appreciation demands. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and market trend research to lower user decision thresholds and maximize idle asset activation and new fund deposit conversion.
- Independently plan and execute wealth marketing campaigns, including platform promotions, industry milestone events, and holiday activities. Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, marketing, community, and channel teams to ensure efficient implementation and maximize campaign ROI.
- Establish standardized data monitoring mechanisms to track core metrics such as user deposit volume, AUM retention, conversion rate, reinvestment rate, and churn rate. Identify operational bottlenecks and user conversion pain points through data analysis, and deliver actionable optimization solutions for continuous strategy iteration.
- Continuously benchmark top CEX competitors wealth product models, gameplay mechanisms, and incentive policies. Optimize our in-house operation system, explore new growth opportunities, and build differentiated competitive advantages for the platform's wealth business.
- Implement refined hierarchical operation for high-net-worth users, existing wealth users, and potential users. Develop targeted asset guidance, retention, and reinvestment strategies to improve user stickiness and overall platform asset retention.
- Cooperate with compliance and risk control teams to review campaign rules, copywriting, and product gameplay, ensure all operational activities comply with industry regulatory requirements, and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency ecosystem, proficient in CEX wealth business logic and mainstream product mechanisms including flexible savings, fixed staking, and dual investment.
- Prior full-cycle experience in crypto wealth operation, user asset growth, deposit conversion, and AUM management in centralized exchanges is highly preferred.
- Candidates with internet giant background in user growth, campaign operation, or financial operation are acceptable. Must have personal crypto trading and wealth staking experience with clear insight into crypto user behavior, investment habits, and conversion pain points.
- Equipped with dual thinking of user funnel growth and asset management, capable of independently completing closed-loop work including strategy formulation, execution, data analysis, and iterative optimization.
- Strong user insight to accurately capture user risk concerns and asset appreciation needs, capable of driving asset conversion through innovative gameplay and tiered incentive strategies.
- Excellent data analysis skills and data sensitivity; able to diagnose business problems via data and deliver ROI-driven optimization plans.
- Outstanding cross-departmental coordination, project management, and execution capabilities with clear logical thinking.
- Result-oriented, high stress tolerance, quick learning ability, and sensitive to industry trends and new operational gameplay.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with DeFi protocols and on-chain asset logic with on-chain data analysis experience.
- Experience in overseas crypto operation, multi-language campaign operation, and KOL cooperation.
- Traditional financial/asset management working experience with mature user hierarchical operation and asset allocation experience.
- Proficient in Excel, SQL and other data tools for independent data report building and data mining.
