Digital Ambassador (3-Month Contract) #HZO

Location: Bugis/ Compass One (Choose 1 location)
Salary: $2,300/month + Completion Bonus
Duration: Immediate - 3 Months
Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week (including weekends)
Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Retail Hours)

Job Scope:

• Guide customers to create digital IDs
• Assist customers with app download and navigation
• Provide support for microsite usage
• Help manage Q-matic system and issue queue tickets
• Assist with SIM and router exchange procedures
• Support customers with prepaid top-ups
• Respond to general enquiries at the service area

Requirements:

• Comfortable with customer-facing role in a retail setting
• Able to commit to shift work including weekends
