The Role
The Digital Account Manager is responsible for driving account growth, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery and optimisation of digital performance campaigns. This role requires strong commercial ownership and analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and present insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of digital client accounts across assigned markets.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise daily campaign performance with a focus on conversions, ROI, and meeting KPIs.
- Develop structured account plans and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign outputs.
- Oversee revenue-related processes tied to campaign performance and commercial agreements.
- Apply basic coding and technical knowledge to troubleshoot tracking issues, understand data structures, and communicate effectively with development teams.
Job Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or client account management.
- Proven track record in managing international or regional accounts.
- Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data, spot trends, and translate insights into actions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain performance insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Highly structured, organised, and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic coding literacy (e.g., understanding or editing simple scripts, HTML/CSS, or query parameters). Not a developer role, but technical comfort is essential.
