Digital Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, acting as a trusted partner while supporting senior leadership on strategic direction and long-term account growth.
  • Lead the execution of integrated digital and media campaigns including marketplace, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Work closely with planning, creative, media, and data analyst to develop and implement digital and media strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Support media planning and activation across paid digital channels (e.g. social, search, display, programmatic, eCommerce), ensuring channel plans align with campaign goals and funnel stages.
  • Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs covering creative, media, performance marketing, and technology requirements.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints, with an understanding of the full customer journey.
  • Coordinate global or regional campaigns and support local market rollouts, ensuring alignment to strategy, cultural relevance, and creative consistency.
  • Demonstrate hands-on understanding of digital performance marketing, to track campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and to increase conversion and sales targets.
  • Identify incremental growth opportunities within existing accounts, including additional media, digital, or performance-driven initiatives.
  • Proactively surface insights, ideas, and recommendations informed by data, competitive activity, and digital/media trends.
  • Ensure accurate project execution and attention to detail to maintain client trust and delivery standards.
  • Take a consultative approach with clients, confidently managing expectations and escalating risks or issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, media, loyalty, strategy, or client services, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media planning, performance marketing, and optimisation across key paid channels.
  • Proven ability to manage integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints.
  • Strong understanding of digital production and delivery workflows, including platforms such as AEM, JIRA, and Adobe Target.
  • Working knowledge of web and app analytics platforms, with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong creative and practical problem-solving skills, applied to day-to-day account operations and client challenges, with the confidence to present ideas, performance results, and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • High attention to detail, strong budget awareness, and sound judgement in problem solving.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player, comfortable taking ownership of accounts and deliverables.
  • Confident and professional disposition, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
