Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management:

. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team KPIs.

. Set clear performance expectations and monitor KPIs are met.

. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Sales Consultants to provide feedback, address challenges, and ensure personal development.

2. Sales Strategy & Execution:

. Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to meet company targets.

. Ensure smooth execution of daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans.

. Monitor and manage Sales Consultant activity (calls, meetings, conversions) to ensure high productivity.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting:

. Track and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.

. Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance, including identifying bottlenecks or areas for growth.

. Implement changes or improvements based on performance data to enhance team success.

4. Training & Development:

. Onboard and train new Sales Consultants to ensure they understand products, services, and sales processes.

. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in prospecting, client meetings, closing sales, and using CRM tools.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments:

. Collaborate with Marketing to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring seamless lead flow and qualified prospects.

. Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and Operations Team to ensure smooth handovers of new clients and set proper expectations.

6. Client Relationship Management:

. Support Sales Consultants in handling challenging client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

. Assist in closing high-value deals when necessary, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.

7. Reporting & Analysis:

. Regularly report on team performance and provide feedback to upper management.

. Analyse trends in sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader with a track record of managing Sales Consultants to meet KPIs.

. Strong experience in B2B sales (preferably in a digital services environment).

. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

. Data-driven, with the ability to use CRM systems, Excel, or other tracking tools to monitor performance.

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.

. Ability to adapt and stay focused in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.Responsibilities:
