We combine world-class human craft with next generation technology to originate, design, and deliver multi-channel content systems at scale. Built for borderless collaboration and powered by deep craft expertise, we are the production engine designed for today's always on, AI driven marketing world.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead the colour grading and DI process across a range of projects including TV commercials, digital campaigns, and global adaptations, with a strong focus on high-end beauty content
  • Grade and finish beauty-specific material to the highest standard — with particular attention to skin tone rendering, complexion consistency, product colour accuracy, and overall brand look and feel
  • Collaborate closely with directors, DoPs, and agency partners in client-attended grading sessions, translating creative vision into a technically precise and aesthetically refined result
  • Manage conform, online, and finishing workflows, ensuring all elements are correctly assembled and delivered to broadcast and digital specifications
  • Perform quality control across all deliverables, applying a thorough knowledge of broadcast standards, HDR/SDR pipelines, and global delivery requirements
  • Work alongside VFX, compositing, and offline teams to ensure a seamless handoff and consistent visual language throughout post production
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing accurate time estimates and communicating clearly with producers on workload and delivery timelines
  • Stay current with evolving colour science, grading tools, and beauty advertising trends — bringing new techniques and perspectives to the team

Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5+ years of professional experience in an advertising agency, production house, or high-end retouching studio, with FMCG or beauty and personal care work strongly preferred
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both complex, high-end compositing — including the creation of master key visuals — and flawless technical adaptation work such as product swaps, label extensions, and language localisation
  • Proven experience working with regional or global brand guidelines, including the ability to unpack, modify, and preserve the integrity of a master toolkit across multiple markets
  • Expert-level proficiency in DaVinci Resolve; knowledge of additional grading platforms is advantageous
  • Deep understanding of colour science, colour profiles, resolutions, and formatting requirements across both large-format print (CMYK) and digital and social (RGB) landscapes
  • Exceptional eye for skin tone, light, and colour — with a clear understanding of the visual language and quality bar expected by premium beauty brands
  • Hyper-attention to detail and a pixel-perfect mentality — proactively flagging issues, offering solutions, and making creative suggestions even when the brief appears straightforward
  • A craftsman's mindset: the creative ability to build a master image from scratch, balanced with the patience and humility to execute repetitive pack-shot label exchanges without losing focus or quality
  • Ego-free and adaptable — equally comfortable leading on high-end creative work and executing localisation and versioning tasks with the same level of care and precision
