Our client is looking for a DFT Engineer to join the team.

Job Description

1. Responsible for the DFT design and verification of automotive-grade SoCs (including SCAN, MBIST, Boundary Scan, ATPG, etc.), performing STA timing analysis, and delivering ATE test patterns, including pattern debugging, coverage optimization, and test issue analysis.
2. Provide competitive solutions and test patterns for mass production testing and burn-in verification in terms of test cost, coverage, failure rate, and delivery time, while taking charge of test diagnostics for new process nodes and assisting in rapid issue localization.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Microelectronics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
2. Familiar with IC DFT, IC logic design flows, or IC verification flows
3. Proficient in using relevant EDA tools from Synopsys or Mentor.;
4. Possess proficient scripting skills (such as TCL/Perl/Python, etc.)
