Job Title: DEX Analyst / Experience Lead
Monthly Salary: $9,500 - $12,500 SGD
Location: Singapore

Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate DEX telemetry into prioritized actionable improvements
- Own persona-based experience KPIs (login time, application response time, crash rates)
- Define and measure digital employee experience success metrics
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of poor experience episodes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to remediate experience issues
- Present experience insights to business and IT leadership
- Benchmark DEX scores against industry standards
- Drive adoption of DEX insights into operational processes
- Lead employee experience surveys and correlate with telemetry data
- Develop experience improvement roadmaps and track progress
- Establish thresholds and alerting for experience degradation
- Advocate for employee-centric design in IT projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT analytics or digital experience management
- Deep understanding of DEX platforms (Nexthink, Lakeside, ControlUp)
- Strong data science background with statistical analysis skills
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Understanding of end-user computing technologies and persona analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record of improving digital employee experience
- Experience with survey tools (Qualtrics, Medallia) is a plus
