DevSecOps Engineer (ServiceNow)

About the role

We are growing our ServiceNow practice to deliver a multi-year digitalisation programme for a Singapore public sector agency, implementing ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) at enterprise scale. You will join a dedicated agile squad working across the full delivery lifecycle - from design and configuration through to go-live and ongoing support. As DevSecOps Engineer you design, automate and maintain secure, scalable and resilient deployment pipelines and environments for the ServiceNow solution. You are the squad's go-to authority on secure delivery practice.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the technical lead to design secure and scalable deployment architectures

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development and releases

• Implement security controls, compliance checks and automated quality gates in deployment pipelines

• Support environment management, release automation and operational stability

• Ensure solutions follow security, resilience and availability best practices

• Monitor and continuously improve deployment reliability and security posture

About you

• Minimum 3 years in DevOps or DevSecOps roles

• Minimum 2 years supporting ServiceNow deployment and release automation

• Strong experience with CI/CD tooling, scripting and automation frameworks

• Solid knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management and compliance controls

• Familiarity with cloud and enterprise infrastructure concepts

• Able to design end-to-end DevSecOps solutions and advise others on best practice
