Job Description

Job Title: DevSecops Engineer

Job Type: Contract - 1+ year

Job Location: East, Singapore

Job Summary:

We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to support and maintain iALM systems, provide technical support, and develop and implement DevSecOps workflows. The role also involves user account management, updating user guides, assisting in migration to new tools, and supporting continuous process enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for DevSecOps and iALM systems in both production and non-production environments.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues according to SLAs.
  • Develop DevSecOps workflows based on ALM processes and ensure smooth integration with other systems.
  • Develop and automate Jira workflows and integrate CI/CD pipelines into cloud environments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, coordinate with iALM support teams, and assist with document publishing and template creation.
  • Conduct user training on new workflows, features, and best practices.
  • Support the migration from iALM to recommended tools and suggest process improvements for enhanced system performance.
  • Update user guides to reflect new application features and usage instructions.
  • Report weekly on issue status and system resource usage.

Requirements

  • Tertiary Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with scripting and tools such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and other DevSecOps platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and QA processes.
  • 2 years of experience with DevSecOps or ALM tools (e.g., Microfocus/OpenText) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team environment
