DevSecOps Engineer

Role Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Critical Success Factors

Mandatory

. Proven hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

. Proficiency in Infrastructure Automation using Terraform (or equivalent).

. Strong working knowledge of AWS and its core services.

Good to have

. Exposure to serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda).

. Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.

. Programming experience in Python, Go, or similar languages.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

. Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for multiple environments.

. Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.

. Monitor system performance, availability, and security with modern observability tools.

. Work closely with developers to streamline deployments and optimize application performance.

. Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.

. Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles across environments.

. Implement security controls: access management, firewalls, and vulnerability scanning.

. Participate in on-call support and incident response when needed.
