ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of our Web3 product suite, including DApps, DEX, and DeFi protocols. You will be instrumental in building resilient infrastructure and automated pipelines to support our growing ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Infrastructure & Stability: Manage the deployment and daily operations of decentralized applications (DApp, DEX, DeFi, etc.) to ensure 24/7 system availability.
- CI/CD Excellence: Architect and optimize CI/CD workflows to accelerate delivery cycles while maintaining high deployment quality.
- Monitoring & Alerting: Design and implement robust monitoring frameworks and alerting mechanisms using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tools.
- Incident Management: Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues, performing root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Optimization: Continuously improve system architecture, cloud resource utilization (AWS/Alibaba Cloud), and operational efficiency.
- Middleware Support: Responsible for the deployment and maintenance of essential middleware and cloud-native services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Native or professional fluency in both English and Mandarin. Ability to facilitate communication between global partners and regional technical teams.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Linux system administration and networking.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms.
- Experience with automation tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Programming: Proficient in at least one scripting or programming language (Shell, Python, or Go).
- Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for the Web3 space.
