About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (Cloud) to support the design, deployment, and operations of scalable, secure, and highly available platforms powering mission-critical urban transport systems. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team driving digital transformation across rail and public transport infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous integration and delivery of applications across rail and bus system platforms
- Build and manage cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience in GCC is preferred
- Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Collaborate with software, systems, and cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless system integration and delivery
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and operational visibility
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory standards for critical infrastructure systems
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments
- Contribute to DevSecOps practices, embedding security into the development lifecycle
- Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, GCC)
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred)
- Knowledge of system architecture, networking, and security principles
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent
