Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless and reliable software delivery.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define deployment requirements and ensure alignment with project and business objectives.
Build and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure environments using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
Perform code, configuration, and pipeline reviews to uphold quality, security, and operational standards.
Conduct system integration, performance, and reliability testing troubleshoot issues across the infrastructure and application stack.
Implement modern DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
Contribute to architectural decisions related to cloud, containerization, scalability, and system resilience.
Mentor junior engineers by sharing DevOps best practices, automation techniques, and domain knowledge.
Requirements
Strong commitment to building clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured automated systems and pipelines.
Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.).
In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, SDLC, and software engineering best practices.
Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across distributed systems.
Ability to drive improvements in deployment standards, automation practices, and operational efficiencies.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
