DevOps Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Infrastructure & Cloud

• Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP / local cloud
• Manage Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, and containerized workloads
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar
• Monitor and optimize system performance, cost, and availability

2. CI/CD & Automation

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Automate application build, test, and deployment processes
• Improve deployment frequency while minimizing downtime

3. System Reliability & Monitoring

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Mimir, Grafana, Loki, open telemetry)
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and outages
• Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery readiness

4. Security & Compliance

• Manage secrets securely (Vault, cloud secret manager)
• Implement security best practices (IAM, network security, encryption)
• Support ISO 27001, SOC 2, or internal security audits
• Perform vulnerability scanning and patching

5. Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with developers to improve deployment and runtime stability
• Provide technical support for production issues
• Document infrastructure, processes, and runbooks

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full Stack Development, DevOps, or Cloud-related roles.
• Knowledge of Linux administration, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git version control.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proficient in Bash and Python scripting.
• Understanding of networking concepts, security practices, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and PDPA compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with AI technologies (ML, NLP, Deep Learning) is an added advantage.
