DevOps Engineer (Cloud & Scripting) (Public Sector)

• Adecco is partnering with a public sector organization to look for a Devops Engineer (Cloud & Scripting)(Public Sector), requires Python scripting skills to automate tasks, experience with AWS/Azure cloud and serverless functions, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• This role will be a 12-month contract under Adecco's payroll.

The Talent

• Hands-on experience withcloud services (AWS, Azure), including resource provisioning and management

• Proficiency inPython scripting for cloud automation

• Experience deploying and maintainingserverless functions (AWS Lambda / Azure Functions)

• Basic familiarity withCI/CD toolssuch as GitLab CI

• Knowledge ofinfrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) is an added advantage

Job Description

• Develop, deploy, and support Python-based serverless applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

• Build and maintain automation scripts to manage system tasks and deployment workflows

• Design and operate CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable deployments

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to automation and deployment processes

• Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure and automated solutions
