Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps roles.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Terraform experience in production.
• Minimum 2 years of software development/coding experience in any mainstream programming language.
• Strong experience in AWS/cloud infrastructure, security, and automation.
• Experience building and managing secure and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and logging.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience automating infrastructure and deployments through version control and pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Good to Have

• AWS certification such as Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty.
• Terraform Associate/Professional certification.
• Experience with Terraform Cloud or Terraform Enterprise.
• Experience with monitoring/APM tools and observability platforms.
• Knowledge of Policy-as-Code tools such as Sentinel or Open Policy Agent (OPA).
