Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Containerise applications using Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes
• Monitor system performance, set up alerting, and respond to incidents
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or Ansible
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment frequency and system reliability
• Maintain security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes
• Support disaster recovery planning and implementation

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible)
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack
• Good understanding of networking, security, and Linux systems
• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications (AWS DevOps, CKA, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd)
• Exposure to GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Flux)
