About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Device Engineer to join our T84 operation team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving process performance, ensuring parametric test quality and stability, and supporting product transfer, correlation, and qualification activities. You will play a key role in driving product quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across production and engineering operations.
Your role
- Support production capacity improvement and test efficiency initiatives.
- Monitor and improve prober/tester performance, including obsolescence management and test time reduction.
- Ensure compliance with parametric testing rules, OCAP, production procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage process changes, including equipment qualification and new product integration/transfer.
- Perform daily disposition and investigation of lots on hold due to testing issues.
- Qualify new tools, equipment, and materials prepare and maintain relevant documentation.
- Support test program control, release, and script/GTS updates.
- Analyze tester health, trends, and KPIs to identify and implement improvements.
- Resolve chronic and sporadic test-related issues, including drift and tester mismatch.
- Support SPC, CPMRR, and process robustness activities.
- Drive Cpk improvement and tester flexibility across platforms.
- Participate in audits, maintain documentation, and support internal/external customer requirements.
- Lead or contribute to continuous improvement projects and team-based problem solving.
- Support training and development of technicians, operators, and new engineers.
- Ensure all work complies with environmental, health, and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related field.
- Experience at least 1 or 2 years in Parametric Test or Final Test , device engineering, or process engineering.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of statistical process control, quality systems, and manufacturing flow.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
