YOUR ROLE
As a Device Engineer at STMicroelectronics, you will be responsible for the Yield & D0 improvement for the technology under your charge. You will analyze silicon data, support technology and product development, drive parametric yield and reliability improvements.
- To analyse on zero yield wafers or low yield wafers so as to achieve yield improvement.
- To resolve any process issues in collaboration with Modules and ensure smooth flow in the line to meet customer delivery.
- To characterize all process windows to achieve process robustness.
- Liaise with division teams from ADG/AMS/AMG/MDG and support technology and product transfer activities with compliance with the defined timelines
- To liaise with Division in weekly conference call for yield/D0 update and yield master plan.
- To conduct MRB meeting with Division about the disposition of SBL lot in weekly basis.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Good acknowledge in semiconductor device physics (MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, power devices)
- Experience with electrical characterization equipment (parametric testers, curve tracers, SMUs, LCR meters, probers).
- Basic knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (front-end fabrication, diffusion, implantation, oxidation, lithography, etch, metallization).
- Data analysis skills using tools such as JMP, Excel, or similar.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
