Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an integrated fundraising strategy across online, offline and partnership channels to acquire, retain, and engage new and existing donors.
- Plan, manage and deliver fundraising campaigns and events in alignment with Community Fund's goals and objectives.
- Create, curate, and oversee content that supports fundraising objectives, tailoring messages for different target audiences and platforms.
- Manage marketing and communications across all media channels to ensure consistent and compelling messaging
- Oversee the preparation of donor updates, impact reports, and the annual report
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- At least 4-7 years of relevant experience working in fundraising, marketing, partnerships, or donor engagement experience in non-profit or healthcare will be an advantage.
