Development Engineer (Film/Material Technical Engineering R&D)

Job Description



  • Simulation for material properties for film development
  • Advance tool set-up for optical properties measurement
  • POC and new methodology
  • Perform process matric (DOE, ANOVA) to investigate and support process improvements
    Initiate continuous quality improvement plans
  • Interact with production, equipment engineering and QA to address customer feedbacks/quality issues
  • Create and maintain process documentation fulfilling ISO standards
  • Partner with R&D team in experiments and sample making to enable realization for technology roadmaps

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Material Science, Engineering or any equivalent discipline
  • Master Degree or PhD candidates in relevant disciplines are strongly welcomed to apply
  • 1-5 years of related working experience in semiconductor industry
  • Understanding of Photolithography processes and equipment (E.g. Coater/Developer Track, etc), and thin-film metallurgy and deposition processes and equipment (Ion beam deposition, PVD, CVD)
  • Experience in demonstrating statistical skills in data analysis, good knowledge in JMP, Minitab, DOE and SPC are preferred.
