Job Scope:
- Provide technical guidance to team members aligning with the project's goals while ensuring high quality execution/solutions are provided.
- Manage team members deliverables
- Contribute to design, development, unit testing, code review and rollout of AML projects
Key Requirements:
- Project/system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry
- Hands on experience in design and configurations/development work
- Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users
- Strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL design and development skills
- Strong Java/Scripting knowledge in Unix/Linux/Windows environment
- Ability to understand SLA / KPI and deliver items within correct time space
