Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling collection, sorting and delivering of internal/external mails and documents
  • Liaise with local courier providers to arrange for local and overseas courier services as requested by users
  • Receive and record hand delivered documents and items
  • Sort incoming postal mails for distribution
  • Computing charges to client
  • Administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Able to understand and communicate in simple English
  • Possess a valid Class 2/2A/2B driving license
  • Possess an operational motorcycle
  • Pleasant, polite and customer-service oriented
  • Hardworking and responsible team player
  • Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Possess a clean riding record
