This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and secure transport of documents, patients, and supplies between our Imaging Centres and affiliated clinics/hospitals, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and patient care.
Core Responsibilities
- Logistics and Transportation:
Dispatch medical documents and reports efficiently and accurately to various clinics and healthcare facilities.
Safely transport patients between Lifescan Imaging and other designated clinics or hospitals, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transit.
Execute general logistical errands as directed by the supervisor. - Administrative and Operational Support:
Provide essential general administrative support to the team.
Maintain an organized and timely approach to all assigned tasks, ensuring efficient service delivery.

- Customer Service and Conduct:
Exhibit exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients and visitors in all interactions.
Actively promote the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
Proactively offer practical support to colleagues when assistance is needed. - Confidentiality and Documentation:
Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times, restricting access to patient information (electronic or paper) strictly to what is required for the job.
Maintain accurate and complete records in compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures. - Safety and Compliance:
Work diligently to minimise risks to the health, safety, and security of self and others.
Carry out all activities in strict compliance with applicable external legislation, internal policies, and procedures.
Additional Duties
- Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job requirements
- Possess at least Class 2A or 2B license
- Preferrably with own transport
