We're looking for a Desktop & Workplace Support Engineer to join our team in Singapore. If you have strong desktop support experience, enjoy solving technical issues, and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
Provide onsite and remote desktop support
Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
Support Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory
Resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
Manage IT incidents and service requests
Deliver excellent end-user support and customer service
3+ years of Desktop/End User Support experience
Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory
Hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken & written)
Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR)
Willing to work onsite in Singapore
