Key responsibilities: -

1. Installing and configuring Windows, software, hardware and networks

2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues

3. Ensuring the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure

4. Setting up accounts and workstations

5. Managing network Related Problem and technology tools

6. Troubleshooting issues and outages

7. Upgrading systems with new releases and models

8. Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies

9. Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

10. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

11. Support network connectivity issues, including VPNs and Wi-Fi configurations.

12 Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as computers, printers, network devices, and peripherals.

13. Ensure the timely setup and maintenance of software applications, updates, and patches.

14. Collaborate with the IT team to maintain the company's network infrastructure, servers, and systems.

15. Diagnose and resolve issues related to networking, operating systems, software applications, and email systems.

16. Perform routine backups and maintain data integrity.

17. Support remote work solutions and assist with VPN configurations and remote troubleshooting.

18. Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting, including LAN/WAN, Routers, and firewalls.

19. Proficiency in diagnosing hardware and software issues, both remotely and onsite.
