Key Responsibilities
. Enroll users/devices into M365 and Intune
. Provide desktop support and resolve helpdesk tickets
. Escalate issues to meet SLAs
. Perform system imaging/re-imaging
. Maintain asset inventory
. Update incident records and documentation
. Support Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Requirements
. ITE/Diploma with 1-3 years IT or desktop support experience
. 3+ years experience with Windows 10 and Office 365
. Basic knowledge of AD, networking, servers, storage, cloud
. Good spoken/written English
Preferred
. Helpdesk/call centre experience
. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks
. Able to mentor juniors and manage small IT projects
Certifications (Preferred)
. CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Windows Client, Managing Modern Desktops
