Job Summary
You will provide technical support for Windows 10 environments, manage service tickets efficiently, and assist with branch and weekend support to ensure smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows 10 systems by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain user productivity
- Manage and resolve tickets using Tickets and Requests Tools while adhering to quality and SLA standards
- Apply knowledge of ticket and quality parameters to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff at all levels to provide effective customer support
- Follow detailed instructions carefully and maintain focus under pressure to meet service expectations
- Provide flexible support coverage for branch offices and during weekends to ensure continuous IT service availability
- Contribute to large-scale Windows migration projects when required, leveraging previous experience to support successful transitions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale Windows migration projects
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical support experience
