Hyphen is partnering with a global top-tier market maker and HFT firm to hire an Ondesk Engineer (Windows) supporting a fast-paced trading floor and critical infrastructure.
This is a high-pressure, high-performance desktop support role — you'll be working at the frontline of a live trading environment, where speed, reliability, and precision directly impact the business.

Your KPIs:
- Provide first-line and second-line support for a trading floor environment (Windows desktop, user issues, incident resolution)
- Manage hardware, software, and system health in line with global standards
- Manage the employee IT lifecycles (setup and config Windows IT for new joiners, to off-boarding for leavers)
- Support local data centre operations — racking/stacking, cabling, server installs, inventory management (no prior experience required)
Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in Windowsdesktop support / Windows engineering
- Strong experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills — comfortable supporting front-office users
- Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive mindset
