Job Description


  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks.
  • Perform system administration tasks (software installation, configuration, software patching, system monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery drills).
  • Provide technical documentation of standard operational procedure and technical guides.
  • Support service issues and requests which includes attending to emergency technical maintenance after working hours.
  • Participate in providing new technology training to staff.

  • Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields
  • 2 years of relevant working experiences in technical support / desktop support.
  • Understanding of in Ubuntu, Redhat, Lotus Notes, Cyberark administration, VMWare ESXi, Oracle is an added advantage.
