- Onsite support every Wednesday only
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide part-time onsite IT support at the client's Singapore (Tuas) location. The engineer will be responsible for end-user desktop support, basic IT troubleshooting, and onsite assistance during scheduled support hours. The role may also require additional support during an office relocation project planned for early 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and IT support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Support laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
- Assist with user issues related to operating systems and standard applications
- Coordinate with remote IT teams when required
- Provide onsite support during the planned office move (FebApr 2026), including setup and relocation of IT equipment
- Ensure adherence to client IT policies and procedures
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to support an office move project between February and April 2026 (as needed)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience in desktop or IT support roles preferred
Notes:
- This role is onsite and requires presence at the client location
- Support hours are fixed to Wednesdays unless additional support is requested
