Basic Requirements
GxP or pharmaceutical industry experience is an added advantage
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and network troubleshooting
Ability to support Office Network, WiFi, Shared Drives, and VPN
Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file servers
Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Strong customer service and organizational skills
ITIL experience preferred
