Job Title: EUC / Desktop Support Engineer (Microsoft 365 & End User Support)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused End User Computing (EUC) / Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, desktop support, and IT operations support, ensuring seamless IT services and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

Support and administer Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Handle incident management and service requests through ticketing systems

Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows/macOS)

Diagnose and resolve email, connectivity, and application issues

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control

Assist in system upgrades, patches, and software deployments

Provide remote and on-site technical support

Maintain documentation for troubleshooting steps and solutions

Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office 365) administration and troubleshooting

Experience in desktop support / EUC environment

Hands-on experience with Windows OS and basic networking concepts

Good understanding of Active Directory, user management, and permissions

Familiarity with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced support environment

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified)

Knowledge of ITIL framework / IT operations support

Basic understanding of network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, VPN)

Experience 2 to 6 years.
