About the Role
We're looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide first-line IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for users. You'll handle a wide range of desktop, Microsoft 365, and device management tasks - from troubleshooting to system setup and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user desktop support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues.
- Manage user and device enrolment in Microsoft 365 and Intune.
- Support and maintain M365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Perform system imaging, reimaging, and asset inventory management.
- Document issues, resolutions, and update standard procedures.
- Escalate incidents as needed to meet service level expectations.
- Participate in M365 migration and device rollout projects.
Requirements
- ITE or Diploma in IT or related field.
- 1-3 years experience in desktop or IT support.
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
- Basic understanding of Active Directory, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Experience in IT helpdesk or remote support.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers or lead small upgrade projects.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+ or Microsoft Certified: Windows Client / Managing Modern Desktops are a plus.
