Key Areas of Accountabilities:
. Provide end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot operating systems, ITSM and business applications
. Support endpoint security tools, antivirus software, system updates, and patch management
. Troubleshoot and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
. Configure, manage, and monitor routers, switches, access points, and firewalls
. Identify and resolve network performance and connectivity issues
. Administer Active Directory including user accounts, group policies, permissions, and access control
. Identify and escalate complex technical issues to internal teams or external vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
. Ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels
. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including device setup and access provisioning
. Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and equipment lifecycle records
. Create, update, and maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures
