Description

We are seeking a Deskside Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support to end-users, ensuring optimal operation of desktop and laptop systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users in a timely and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and laptop systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new computer systems and peripherals.
• Document technical procedures and user guides for reference.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in a technical support or IT role.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS environments.
• Strong understanding of desktop hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work in 24/7 shift rotation.
