Overview
This role is for interior designers or architects who understand the design business but want to move beyond projects, drawings, and site work.
You will work on the commercial side of the industry. You will learn how studios are positioned, how demand is generated, and how growth systems are built across multiple design firms.
This is not a design execution role.
What You Will Do
Speak with interior design studios about their growth challenges
Understand why some studios scale while others plateau
Learn how Network positions, markets, and matches studios to clients
Represent Network's programmes with clarity and confidence
Work closely with sales and leadership to refine how designers are evaluated and supported
You will be expected to think critically and contribute perspectives from your design background.
What Success Looks Like
You can clearly explain the commercial strengths and weaknesses of a design studio
You understand how positioning affects client quality
You communicate confidently with studio owners and principals
You begin thinking in systems, not individual projects
This Role Is NOT
A design role
A creative assistant role
A passive learning or observation role
You are expected to participate, question, and take ownership.
Requirements
Background in interior design or architecture
Strong communication skills
Curiosity about business, growth, and systems
Willingness to be measured on outcomes, not activity
Sales experience is not required
