Designer

Role Summary

The Designer supports the development of design concepts, drawings, visualisations, and project coordination for architectural projects. The role contributes to design quality and project delivery but does not perform or represent regulated architectural services, nor act as an Architect or Qualified Person (QP) under the Architects Act.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related builtenvironment discipline.

- Minimum 1 year experience in architectural design, drafting, or project coordination.

- Proficiency in at least two relevant design software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape).

- Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into drawings.

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.

- Ability to speak and write English fluently for coordination with clients and consultants.

- Experience in international or multidisciplinary environments is an advantage.
