DESIGNER, INTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL

. Prepare design concept sketches, space planning, design development, construction documentation, specifications and detailing

. Developing plans and detailed drawings of interior spaces specifying materials, finishes, lighting, furnishing and equipment

. Compiling information regarding design, specifications, materials, colors, equipment, estimated costs and construction time

. Produce full color plan and perspectives, material sample as well as mood boards relating to design for presentation

. Liaising with suppliers and contractors to effectively carry out concepts to fruition

. To provide accurate details and working drawings and high standard, quality and exquisite design solutions for Clients

. Taking responsibility for producing working drawings, contractor briefings and supervision (where appropriate)

. Amend, revise and update drawings as commented by clients and ensure the necessary documentation of the process is adhered to

. Supporting and working with Sales, Projects and Designers, internally and externally as appropriate

. Other design related duties as required
