Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- To prepare design, construction drawings and 3D/4D renderings and other deliverables that comply with rules and regulations.
- To develop graphic design upon request.
- Support and assist the Executive Designer in the development of the design.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and site team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure technical accuracy of work.
- Contribute to the input of overall concepts for a new product.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
Experience:
- 3 years of experience as a designer/drafter in the marine industry or landed projects (fit-out sector preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape, Photoshop or similar software
- Strong understanding of architectural materials, installations, and fit-out processes (marine-related knowledge will be a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
