Responsibility
- Design and develop semiconductor components, tooling, and related parts to deliver robust and compliant solutions.
- Create and review detailed 2D/3D CAD models, drawings, specifications, and schematics to meet performance, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation activities analyze results and implement design improvements.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and cross‑functional coordination, ensuring alignment with engineering and production teams.
- Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes, and provide technical support for existing products and production issues.
- Maintain accurate design documentation, test reports, and project records while driving continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
Requirement
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering which are recognized by relevant authority
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing molds, precision parts, and tooling for the semiconductor industry
- Familiar with SolidWorks, AutoCAD or equivalent
- Knowledge of precision component and tooling design for semiconductor applications
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
