Job description:
- Produce and prepare technical drawings such as detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as-built drawings as per contract specifications.
- Coordinate, review and verify drawings including owner & subcontractor's drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
- Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical, mechanical as required.
- Attend meetings with our project team, clients, and subcontractors for project related matters.
Requirements:
- Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience in M&E projects for Semicon industry working for subcontracting firm or main-con.
- Experienced in 2D & 3D Autocad & BIM drawings for M&E, CSA, piping and Fire Protection systems.
- Able to read & understand engineering documents.
- Proactive and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Based in site office.
