What's the job
We're looking for a Designer whois tired of doing things the old way. We need someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into a great video-whether that's a 15-second TikTok, a corporate brand story, or a punchy social media ad.
The big twist You must be an AI enthusiast. We don't want you to spend three days masked out a background or searching for stock footage when AI can do it in three minutes. We want you to use AI tools to handle the grunt work so you can focus on being creative.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Making Videos: Editing, adding motion graphics, and picking the right music to make a story pop.
- AI Shortcuts: Using AI apps to generate realistic voiceovers, create cool video backgrounds, or even film scenes that we don't have the budget to shoot in person.
- Pitching Ideas: Helping the team visualize ideas quickly by using AI to create mood videos for our clients.
- Keeping it Real: Making sure the AI stuff actually looks good and not weird or robotic.
What we need from you:
- You know your way around an edit: You're a pro with Premiere Pro or CapCut, and you understand pacing and storytelling.
- You're an AI Geek: You already use tools like Runway, Sora, or Midjourney in your free time or for work. You know which AI apps are worth using and which ones aren't.
- You're Fast: You enjoy the challenge of a tight deadline and know how to use tech to beat the clock.
- You've got a Portfolio: Show us some videos you've made. If you can point to a scene and say, I used AI to create this part, that's a huge win.

- Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects.
