Develop designs for sets, events, exhibitions, decorations and show stages for small to medium scale projects.
Oversee visual aesthetics from concept to presentation – including brainstorming, site recce, layout planning and artist renderings – ensuring alignment with scripts, timelines, budgets and site requirements.
Collaborate with Producers, Show Directors, Technical and Production Teams, and external partners to deliver functional, high-quality designs.
Manage aesthetic execution from fabrication to on-site installation, including drawings, graphic artworks, inspections and onsite supervision.
Support Principal Designers and Art Directors on large-scale projects with similar responsibilities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Theatre Design, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a creative design role.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup/3DMax, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Strong knowledge of venue design, themed concept development, and the full creative process for live entertainment, exhibitions and events.
Strong presentation, collaboration and communication skills, with proven experience leading design development for small to medium scale projects.
Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends based on project needs.
