Designer – Architectural Related

Roles& Responsibilities

• Design lead for assigned projects related to Architectural scopes of work
• Work closely with project and sales team to provide concepts and shop-drawings development
• Interprets technical specifications against design requirements
• Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle.
• Applies relevant design principles and tools to contribute to project goals.
• Manages design resources and workflows to meet project timelines and quality expectations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Creative and Independent on job
• Strong in English Communication in both verbal and written
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
• Ability to visualize and sketch design concepts
• At least 2 years of working experience in construction preferred.
• Knowledge in building codes/structural design is an advantage
