Job Description:
We are hiring a DMM Trader to own the day-to-day operations and the development of market-making strategies for token issuers and exchange programs. You'll manage token MM deals end-to-end, design and iterate strategies, and run reliable quoting to meet SLAs while balancing inventory, risk, and P&L. The ideal candidate is both hands-on with trading operations and comfortable building/automating the tooling that keeps our liquidity performant.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years in market-making/electronic trading (crypto, FX, equities, or futures); direct crypto venue experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record building, deploying, and operating systematic quoting strategies.
- Strong market microstructure knowledge: order books, queue dynamics, adverse selection, order types, tick/lot effects.
- Hands-on with exchange APIs (REST/WebSocket; FIX nice-to-have) and automation of trading runbooks.
- Solid programming for research/operations (Python required); ability to read or collaborate on Rust/C++ execution code a plus.
- Data skills: SQL, pandas, time-series analysis; familiarity with real-time metrics (Prometheus/Grafana or similar).
- Risk discipline: kill-switches, circuit breakers, inventory & exposure limits, incident response.
- Clear communication with both technical teams and token/exchange stakeholders.
Preferred:
- CEX & DEX experience (Uniswap v3/CLMMs, Curve, perps DEXes), LP strategy design, and routing across venues.
- Experience with low-latency systems, packet capture/observability, and parameter auto-tuning.
- Knowledge of fee tier optimization, rebates, borrow/funding optimization, and cross-venue hedging.
- Prior ownership of DMM/LM program reporting and business reviews with token teams.
- Familiarity with Binance/OKX/Bybit/Upbit/Hyperliquid/etc. rules (e.g., cancellation/ratio policies) and KYC/KYB processes
